UX Research determines the success and failure of the product and service we design and develop. The value of UX Research is influenced by the planning, execution, analysis and implementation of the research itself. Through this seminar, participants learn some practical knowledge on how to plan and execute a proper UX Research process using both qualitative and quantitative approach. This seminar will be the foundation for more advanced courses like UX Immersion, Data Synthesis and Analysis as well as From Data to UI.
